If your call isn't urgent and can wait until the following week we would appriciate you calling then, as our staff will all be getting to grips with a new system, and it may take them longer to deal with your queries. It also may take longer to get through on the phone. Please bear with us at this time.
You will no longer be able to use Emis online from the 5th of October.
You can either:- download the NHS app and you WILL NOT need a new username and password as you will login using your smartphone through the app OR email us on email@example.com from 5th October (unfortunately, this cannot be done in advance) and a new username and password will be sent to you by email. However, the link to register for a new account on our new system will expire in 72 hours. If you do not click on it during this time, you will have to request another to be sent out.

The NHS and Public Health England (PHE) are extremely well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases. The NHS has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal.
NHS 111 has an online coronavirus service that can tell you if you need medical help and advise you what to do.
Use this service if:
- you think you might have coronavirus
- in the last 14 days you've been to a country or area with a high risk of coronavirus – see coronavirus advice for travellers and a list of high risk countries on nhs.uk
- you've been in close contact with someone with coronavirus
Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. Stay indoors and avoid close contact with other people. Call 111 if you need to speak to someone.
Further information and details of how to self-isolate are available on nhs.uk.

Have Your Say
Manor House Surgery is participating in the Royal College of General Practitioners "Green Impact for Health Scheme". This is a sustainability accreditation scheme, originally developed in 2006 by the National Union of Students for use in colleges and universities, but now expanded to local authorities, NHS Trusts and GP practices. The scheme aims to promote the highest possible standards of energy and environmental stewardship, recognising the importance of urgently addressing the dangers to the health of our patients from environmental and climate breakdown. For further information see www.greenimpact.org.uk or contact the practice.
