APPOINTMENTS TELEPHONE NUMBER : 01262 676543
Call in or telephone the surgery during office hours or make an appointment online (see below). Please book a separate appointment for each member of the family who is coming. Please note we will always try to make an appointment with your named GP or a Clinician of your choice, but this is not always possible for urgent appointments. At times an alternative appointment may be more appropriate with a senior nurse, particularly for routine care linked to long term conditions. Always ask if unsure.
When booking an appointment with the doctor please bear in mind that it is a 10 minute appointment. All but the simplest problems take at least 10 minutes to deal with safely. If you have more than one problem, please consider requesting a longer appointment, or be prepared to come back another day to deal with other issues. This will enable the doctor to deal with each problem fully, and will help us run the surgeries to time so other patients are not kept waiting. Because of the unpredictable nature of our work, there are times when you may have to wait. We are sorry for these delays and do try to prevent them - but please bear with us.
To help improve our patient service we are able to send you a free reminder via text before your appointment. Please sign up for this facility.
Should you no longer need your appointment , early cancellation will enable us to provide care to another patient. Please always let us know if you cannot attend.
A translation service is available at the practice. Please let us know if you require this service before booking your appointment.
You can book or cancel appointments online. To use EMIS Patient Access you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you. This can be obtained from the surgery.
