We try to provide you with a first class service within the constraints of time and resources, and the unpredictable nature of illness. Should you ever feel that you have constructive suggestions to make about ways to improve our service to you, we would be delighted to receive your ideas personally, by letter, or via the waiting room suggestion box. Should you feel that you have serious cause for complaint, then we have an in-house complaints procedure. Please ask a receptionist for details.
Our practice manager will ensure your problem is investigated promptly and within the NHS complaints procedure.
