Monday - 8.00am to 6.00pm
Tuesday - 8.00am to 6.00pm
Wednesday - 8.00am to 6.00pm
Thursday - 8.00am to 6.00pm
Friday - 8.00am to 6.00pm
Appointments are held daily between 8.30 - 10.40am and between 2.00 - 5.30pm. Both face to face and telephone appointment are available. Urgent on the day appointment requests will be allocated both to our nurse practitioner, or any available GP. We have both urgent and bookable GP, nurse practitioner and senior nurse appointments. If you are unsure of your requirements, please as the reception team. Monday mornings are a little different with a "Turbo Clinic" (details below).
Monday morning's clinic operates with no pre-bookable appointments. Patients wishing to attend should telephone that morning and will be allocated a time to attend that morning. Appointment will be allocated both to our nurse practitioner and GPs. The GP you see may not be their usual doctor, although we will try to accomodate your wishes.
A doctor attends this small branch surgery on a rota basis Tuesday to Friday at 2.00pm. Some appointments are prebookable, but others are allocated on a first come first served basis (doors normally open at 1.30pm), so please be prompt as the doctor leaves when all the waiting patients have been seen. While most medical problems can be dealt with in Flamborough, occasionally the GP may ask you to attend the Bridlington Surgery, where there are better facilities for examination and investigation. A health care assistant attends Flamborough every Tuesday and Friday at 1.30pm for all routine care including bloods, GP checks and some injections.
Urgent health problems (non emergencies)
The GPs and nurses always have duty staff available to advice for urgent problems, please call the surgery appointment number. We offer same day telephone advice and appointments where deemed appropriate.
Telephone lines can get busy, we seek to avoid this, but if in doubt about the urgency of your problem or if having problems listed under " emergencies" above please call 999.
